Customer Notice
Due to a recent change in policy from the manufacturer of Thermophore as of June 7, 2018. Relaxus is limited regarding warranty exchange.
If the item fails within 60 days of the date of the end user invoice, Relaxus will replace the unit at no charge. Beyond 60 days the customer is asked to return the Thermophore directly to the manufacturer for warranty inspection. Battlecreek (the item manufacturer) will respond to you directly regarding your return.
